Ryan has gained close to a decade of exerience working in live entertainment and themed entertainment. His work has spanned from live performances, amusement park attractions, museum exhibits, and corporate events with responsibilities ranging from being a designer, project coordinator, and project manager. 

He has found his strengths and passion as a team member and leader that focuses his multidisciplinary knowledge towards project management because it is the intermediary piece that translates actionable items between departments. Armed with industry experience and his certification in mediation, he focuses his efforts in collaboration and effective communication to engage all memebers of any team he is on. 

He is best seen coordinating with project stakeholders, tracking down leads, organizing project data into reports, and facilitating discussions. Everything that he does is to ensure that every team members' efforts is focused towards exceeding expectations and delivering quality product on time and on target.
